The first step in VegeSailing is to plan your trip with
our online bookings
form, and request a quote. We will let you know which departure dates are
available based on your selections, and send you a global quote with all your
vacation details and conditions. You will need to confirm your vacation by
making a deposit (credit card via Paypal,
or money order). We will then confirm your flights and charter dates and send
you your tickets and itinerary by mail, with all relevant documentation, a
practical packing list, a British Virgin Islands travel guide, a contract and
waiver document that you will need to return by mail. You will need to make
your final payment 2 months prior to departure. At any moment before your
departure, you will be able to contact us with any questions you may have.

We will most likely arrive
on the same flight as you, so we will take you to the marina in the hotel
shuttle. We will spend the first night in the marina hotel, which has a
swimming pool and restaurant. Your vegetarian dinner and breakfast will be
included. In the evening, we will sit down with you and discuss our
itinerary. The next day, you will be able to board the boat around 12pm, and we will set sail after a
short briefing.
From then on, we will be FREE to sail anywhere we want in
the beautiful British Virgin Islands! No worries…just
clear blue waters and white sand beaches. We just have to make our way to a
sheltered bay each evening to spend the night. Depending on the length of the
trip and the number of people, we may have to dock to fill up water tanks,
stock up on food, or change linen.

The last morning of sailing, we will be within a couple
of hours of the Road Town
harbor. You will need to pack your bags (oh no!) and be ready to disembark
upon docking. We will plan our docking time based on your flight times (noon at the latest). You can fly
home the same day or stay an extra night in the marina hotel. In either case,
the hotel shuttle will take you to the airport. We are certain that you will
wonder why you have to leave the Islands,
but this will be the end of your VegeSailing adventure!
In the following days, we will send you all the digital
pictures we took during your vacation on a CD. We’ll also send you a
VegeSailing certificate with a plotted itinerary of your sailing trip.
Finally, you’ll receive a cool VegeSailing t-shirt for each member of your
party.
