Simply delicious!
We serve strictly vegan meals. We do not use any meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy or products that contain any. We strive to provide complete and balanced gourmet vegan meals (as much as will allow our floating galley!). While at sea, people generally prefer light meals, with lots of snacks and drinks in between. That’s why we also make our snacks healthy with plenty of fruit smoothies and local virgin piña coladas or strawberry daiquiris. Breakfasts will always include plenty of fresh fruit and fresh juice when available. Daily snacks may be cashew paté and crackers, humus and pita, or Laura’s delicious tofu salad on rice crackers. Dinner may be delicious mushroom risotto or rosemary potatoes, or perhaps homemade pesto linguini and salad. How about chocolate pecan dips for desert? We are strict vegans, so you do not need to worry about any animal products on board. |
